These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nutrinimiss website at nutrinimiss.com and our Android and iOS apps (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Nutrinimiss is an online nutrition and dietetics service operated from Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@nutrinimiss.com.
2. Not medical advice
Nutrinimiss provides personalized nutrition guidance for educational and wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor–patient relationship is created. Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider about any medical condition, and before changing your diet — especially during pregnancy, chronic illness, or while on medication. You use the guidance at your own discretion and risk.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to share honest, accurate health and lifestyle information so your plan can be tailored safely, to follow guidance sensibly, and to seek medical care when needed. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
5. Plans, consultations & payments
Some Services require payment. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before purchase and may change over time. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable once a personalized plan has been prepared or a consultation delivered. Any payments made through a mobile app store are also subject to that store’s terms.
6. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as messages, photos, and intake details). You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and deliver the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, and branding, are owned by Nutrinimiss and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials or your personalized plans without permission.
8. Cancellation & account deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from within the app (Account → Delete account) or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrinimiss is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from your use of nutrition guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
