This Privacy Policy explains how Nutrinimiss (“Nutrinimiss”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website at nutrinimiss.com and our mobile applications for Android and iOS (together, the “Services”). Because we provide personalized nutrition guidance, some of the information you share with us relates to your health. We treat that information with particular care.
1. Who we are
Nutrinimiss is an online nutrition and dietetics service operated from Pakistan, providing personalized diet plans and coaching to clients in Pakistan and overseas. For any privacy questions, contact us at hello@nutrinimiss.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and the password you set (stored only in hashed form).
- Health & intake information: details you voluntarily provide to build your plan — such as age, gender, height, weight, medical history, allergies, dietary preferences, lifestyle, activity level, and goals.
- Progress data: weight logs, measurements, meal logs, and any progress photos you choose to upload.
- Communications: messages, attachments, and voice notes you exchange with your dietitian or our chatbot, and any support requests.
- Booking & transaction information: consultations you book and related scheduling details.
- Technical & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and basic usage events needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Cookies & session data: on the website we use cookies necessary for authentication and session management.
3. Mobile app permissions
Our mobile apps request the following device permissions, only for the stated purpose and only when you use the related feature. You can decline or revoke any of these in your device settings; some features will then be unavailable.
- Camera: to capture progress photos or chat attachments.
- Photo library: to upload progress photos or images to your dietitian.
- Microphone: to record voice notes you send in chat.
- Biometric (fingerprint/Face ID): optionally, to secure access to the app on your device. Biometric data never leaves your device and is handled by your operating system, not by us.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- build, deliver, and adjust your personalized nutrition plan;
- enable chat, check-ins, progress tracking, and consultations;
- respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- send service-related communications (and, with your consent, updates you opt into);
- maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the Services;
- comply with legal obligations.
We process your health-related information based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (see “Your rights” below).
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate the Services on our behalf — for example cloud hosting and database providers, and email-delivery providers — under obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
- Your dietitian/coach within Nutrinimiss, so they can deliver your plan and support.
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure on-device storage of session credentials in the mobile apps. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to those who need it.
8. Your rights and choices
- access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update inaccurate information (much of it directly in your profile);
- delete your account and associated data;
- withdraw consent to processing of your health information;
- opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
Nutrinimiss serves clients in Pakistan and overseas. If you access the Services from outside Pakistan, your information may be processed in Pakistan or in the countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Health disclaimer
The nutrition information provided through the Services is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider about any medical condition or before changing your diet.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
