Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments for Nutrinimiss subscriptions and consultations work, how you can cancel, and when a refund applies. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

1. Our plans & pricing

Nutrinimiss is an online nutrition service. Paid access is offered as monthly subscriptions, priced and described in full before you pay (in the app and on our pricing page):

  • Monthly Plan — Rs 3,500 / month
  • Maintenance — Rs 1,800 / month
  • Family — Rs 6,500 / month

We also offer one-off consultations, priced individually on the relevant service page. Each subscription bills for a 30-day period.

2. Free trial

New members may start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your access simply ends when the trial finishes — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

3. Billing & renewals

A paid subscription starts when your payment is confirmed and runs for 30 days. Where a subscription is set to renew, it renews at the same price for another 30-day period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Any price change is shown before it takes effect and never applies to a period you have already paid for.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancel from within the app (You → Subscription → Manage / Cancel) or by emailing support@nutrinimiss.com. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a current period.

5. Refunds

Because we deliver a personalized digital service, fees are generally non-refundable once a personalized plan has been prepared or a consultation has been delivered. However, we will review and, where appropriate, refund in cases such as:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge for the same period;
  • a technical failure on our side where you were charged but did not receive the service you paid for;
  • a charge taken after you had already cancelled in time for that renewal;
  • any refund we are required to give under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card or wallet). Refunds typically reach your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@nutrinimiss.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the date and amount of the payment, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve valid requests promptly.

7. Payments & security

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Safepay. We accept debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa where available). Nutrinimiss does not store your full card details on its own servers.
